NULLITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACT
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje institutu nicotnosti správního aktu. Je zde vymezen pojem nicotnost a důvody které ji vyvolávají. V práci jsou popsány způsoby řešení nicotnosti z pohledu správního orgánu, správního soudnictví a pohledu adresáta.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the institute nullity Of dministrative act. Is defined term nullity reasons which cause it, way and solutions nullity. From the perspektive Of administrative bodies, administrative courts and perspektive addressees.
