The Protection Against Discrimination in The Practice of Social Security in The Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zákonnou úpravu ochrany před diskriminací z důvodu pohlaví v praxi sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem práce je podat ucelený pohled na zákaz diskriminace na základě pohlaví, a to konkrétně v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení, a na jeho použití při řešení konkrétních případů v praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses to analyze the legal protection against sex discrimination in social security law practice. The aim of the bachelor work is to give a comprehensive view of the prohibition of discrimination based on sex, and specifically discrimination in the field of social security, and its use in solving specific cases in practice.
