Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací dvou literárních sporů, staročeského Tkadlečka a hornoněmeckého Oráče z Čech, které vznikly na počátku 15. století. V první části práce je věnována pozornost definování žánru sporu a dobovému kontextu vzniku obou děl. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on comparison of two disputes, the old Czech dispute called Tkadleček and High German dispute called Ackermann aus Böhmen, which were written at the beginning of the 15th century. The first part of the thesis describes the genre of dispute and period context.
