Diploma thesis deals with issues of tourist cards and their role in promotion of tourism development in region Spiš in Slovakia. Tourism is often considered as a positive element in reducing regional disparities, however in some aspects it causes divergent tendencies. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku turistických karet a jejich roli v podpoře rozvoje cestovního ruchu s důrazem na region Spiš na Slovensku.
