Analysis of the Personnel Work in an IT Company

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat personální práci a nalézt její pozitiva a negativa ve zkoumané společnosti - Trask solutions a.s., české konzultační a technologické společnosti, která pomáhá svým klientům využívat informační technologie co nejefektivněji. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané personální činnosti a to získávání, výběr, přijímání, adaptace, hodnocení, odměňování a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Praktická část analyzuje personální činnosti a porovnává teoretické poznatky s praxí v IT společnosti a na základě získaných poznatků navrhuje alternativní řešení.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze personnel work and find the pros and cons in the company - Trask solutions a.s., Czech consulting and technology company that helps clients use information technology in an effective way. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes selected personnel actions like employee selection, hiring, adaptation, evaluation, compensation, and employee training. The practical part analyzes human resource activities and compares theoretical knowledge with practice of IT and on the basis of acquired findings, proposes alternative solutions.
