The principle of formal publicity in the Land Register
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Zásada formální publicity v katastru nemovitostí popisuji jednu ze zásad vedení katastru nemovitostí. Práce popisuje zejména zákonnou úpravu, zásadu jako takovou a poskytování informací z katastru nemovitostí prostřednictvím katastrálního úřadu a sítě Internet obecně i v praxi.
Abstract:
In my bachelory I describe topic The principle of formal publicity in the Land Register, one of principles of the Land Register leadership.Text describe regulatization, The principle of formal publicity as such as and offering of datas from the Land Register by the Land Register Office and Internet.
