Abstract:
Práce se zabývá literárním zobrazením struktury společenských elit a způsobem života válečníků v pramenech 10.-12. století. Pomocí metod historické sémantiky a kognitivní lingvistiky se pokouší odhalit narativní strategie autorů středověkých děl a na jejich základě analyzovat odlišnosti a podobnosti dobového diskursu a moderního pojímání rytířské kultury.

The thesis deals with the literary representation of the structure of social elites and the way of life of warriors in the sources of the 10th-12th centuries.
