Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou provozu fotovoltaické elektrárny ve spolupráci s bateriovým uložištěm. V první části jsou popsány legislativní předpisy pro připojování výroben elektrické energie do distribuční sítě. Na požadavky vyplývající z předpisů následuje část, která se věnuje řízení jalového a činného výkonu a účinkům tohoto řízení na velikost napětí v síti. Dále jsou shrnuty možnosti akumulace elektrické energie, aktuální trendy v jejím využívání a výhody i nevýhody, které provozování akumulačních zařízení přináší. Praktická část se zaměřuje na detaily spolupráce bateriového uložiště s fotovoltaickou elektrárnou, jež jsou připojeny v blízkosti významného odběru v síti vysokého napětí. Jsou zde simulovány různé situace, které mohou nastat při společném provozu. Jednotlivé stavy jsou vyhodnocovány převážně z hlediska výkonových a napěťových poměrů v síti. Poslední částí práce je ekonomické zhodnocení a návratnost investice.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the operation of a photovoltaic power plant in cooperation with a battery storage system. In the first part, the legislative regulations for connecting power generation plants to the distribution grid are described. The requirements resulting from the regulations are followed by a section that deals with reactive and active power control and the effects of this control on the magnitude of the grid voltage. The possibilities of electricity storage, current trends in its use and the advantages and disadvantages of operating storage facilities are also summarised. The practical part focuses on the details of the cooperation between battery storage and photovoltaic power plants that are connected close to a significant load on the middle-voltage grid. Different situations that may occur during joint operation are simulated. The different situations are mainly evaluated in terms of power and voltage conditions in the grid. The last part of the work is the economic evaluation and the return of investment.
