The Reflection of the Secondary Vocational School Pupils Preparation for The Occupations with Seniors and Aging

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Reflexe přípravy žáků středních odborných škol na výkon povolání se seniory a stárnutí. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak žáci středních odborných škol reflektují svou přípravu na povolání se seniory a zároveň jaký zaujímají postoj ke stárnutí v kontextu současného demografického vývoje populace a narůstající skupině seniorů. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na dvě oblasti. Oblast vzdělávání a oblast stárnutí. První stručně představuje strategické materiály na evropské, národní, státní i školní úrovni. Druhá vysvětluje pojmy a souvislosti demografického vývoje vzhledem ke stárnutí populace. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky průzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno kvantitativní metodou. Průzkum byl uskutečněn na středních odborných školách v Jihomoravském kraji se zaměřením na zdravotnictví. Pedagogické doporučení obsahuje inspiraci, jak je možné propojit studijní teorii žáků s praxí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of The Reflection of the Secondary Vocational School Pupils Preparation for The Occupations with Seniors and Aging. Preparing Secondary Vocational School Students for Occupations with Seniors and Aging. The aim is to find out how students reflect their vocational training with seniors and to find out their attitude to aging in the context of the current demographic development of the population and the growing group of seniors. The theoretical part focuses on two sections. Section of education and section of aging. The first section presents strategic materials at the European, national, state and school levels. The second section explains the concepts and the context of population aging, ongoing processes in the senior age, intergenerational solidari-ty, and healthy active aging. The practical part presents the results of a research survey, which was conducted at secondary vocational schools in the South Moravian Region. The recommendation contains inspiration on how it is possible to connect the study theory of pupils with practice.
