Impact of restrictive measures on stress
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickým tématem změna, zátěž a stres, a konkrétně na vliv omezujících opatřená na stres. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem teoretických poznatků na dané téma, společně s odlišením daných pojmů od sebe. V praktické části se zabývá, jak se dané problematiky v reálném životě vyskytují a jak je řešit. Především se zaměřením na COVID dobu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis remains a psychological topic burden, stress and change focusing on impact of restrictive measures, due to pandemic covid19. The theoretical part defines theoretical knowledge about stress and how pandemic covid19 change it. The practical part show the research results. And confirms the theoretical part.
