Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vývojem práva a jeho schopností a rychlostí se přizpůsobovat dané situaci ve stále se vyvíjející společnosti. Zahrnuje okolnosti vzniku a podmínky a formy jeho fungování, možnosti jeho využití v daných obdobích.
Abstract:
The work deals with the development of law and its ability and speed to adapt to the situation in an ever-evolving society. It includes the circumstances of its origin and the conditions and forms of its functioning, the possibilities of its use in given periods.
