Abstract:

Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku – Jaká očekávání mají spolupracující organizace vůči kurátorovi pro mládež?. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. V první části vysvětluji kdo je to kurátor pro mládež, kdo jsou jeho klienti a co má v náplni práce. Dále popisuji pojmy očekávání a spolupracující organizace. Kurátor pro mládež v rámci své práce, kdy pomáhá překonávat klientům jejich životní nesnáze, spolupracuje s různými organizacemi, institucemi a odborníky. Vyjasnění, vymezení rozdílů mezi jednotlivými stranami usnadňuje vyjednávání, spolupráci, vzájemné porozumění a také pomáhat zvýšit efektivitu a možnost dosažení společného cíle. V druhé části popisuji jak jsem provedla výzkum. Pro výzkum jsem využila kvalitativní strategii a pomocí rozhovoru s šesti sociálními pracovníky spolupracujících organizací jsem hledala odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Spolupracující organizace nevnímají kurátora pro mládež nejen ve vztahu k jeho pozici a statusu. Chápou ho jako jedince s osobními vlastnostmi, postoji a hodnotami. Proto očekávají, že jeho jednání, přístupy a metody budou ovlivněny jeho osobností.

Abstract:

The answer to the question: “What do the cooperating organisations expect from the curators for youth?” is an objective of this project. The thesis consists of two parts. The first one describes the person of curators for youth, his clients and his responsibilities. Further, terms of “expectation” and “cooperating organisations” are described. The curators for youth cooperates with various organisations, institutions and experts within his work when he helps his clients to overcome the difficulties in their lives. Clarification and setting differences among individual parties make negotiation, cooperation and mutual understanding easier and also help to enhance the effectiveness and possibility to achieve a common goal. In the second part research implementation is described. Using quantitative strategy I found the answer to the main research question in the dialog with six social workers from cooperating organisations. Cooperating organisations do not perceive the curators for youth only according to his position and status. He is perceived as an individual with personal character, attitudes and values. From this reason his behaviour, approaches and methods are expected to be influenced by his personality.
