Genetická diverzita MHC ryb druhů Chondrostoma toxostoma a Chondrostoma nasus a jejich mezidruhových hybridů
The MHC diversity of two species Chondrostoma toxostoma and Chondrostoma nasus and their nterspecies hybrids
Abstract:
Geny hlavního histokompatibilního systému (MHC) jsou důležitou součástí imunitního systému, kde zodpovídají za vazbu cizorodých antigenů a iniciaci imunitní odpovědi. Díky své vysoké variabilitě jsou geny MHC studovány u mnoha živočišných druhů za účelem popsat jejich diverzitu, fylogenezi či vztah variability MHC a resistence jedince k infekčním nemocem a parazitům. Cílem této práce je charakteristika …moreAbstract:
Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a set of genes encoding transmembrane proteins which recognized antigen peptides and present them to T-cells, thus playing a crucial role in the vertebrate immunity. Due to high allelic variability the MHC genes have been studied in many animal species in order to characterise genetic diversity, phylogeny or to find a correlation between MHC variability and …more
