Glykosfingolipidy (GSL) jsou membránové lipidy, které se podílejí na modulaci buněčné signalizace a integrity membrán. Biosyntéza těchto lipidů je regulována na transkripční, signální, enzymatické a lokalizační úrovni. Glycosphingolipids (GSLs) are membrane lipids that are involved in the modulation of cell signalling and membrane integrity. The biosynthesis of these lipids is regulated at transcriptional, signalling, enzymatic, and localization levels.
