Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vytvorenia ponukového rozpočtu na zateplenie rodinného domu. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické definovanie problematiky, vymedzenie stavebných pojmov podľa zákona a technickej normy, rozpočtovanie ako súčasť ocenenia stavebných prác.
