Cost Analysis of the Cost Center in Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou nákladov nákladového strediska vo vybranej spoločnosti v období medzi rokmi 2017-2020, s cieľom navrhnúť možnosti zlepšenia aktuálneho stavu. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, a to na teoretickú časť a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je spracovaná na základe literárnej rešerše a poskytuje teoretické poznatky o nákladoch, ktoré slúžia ako teoretický výstup pre praktickú časť práce. Teoretická časť sa konkrétne zaoberá definíciou nákladov, poňatím nákladov, klasifikáciou nákladov, kalkuláciami a na záver modeláciou nákladov. Nadväzujúca praktická časť sa na úvod zaoberá predstavením spoločnosti a strediska spolu s analýzou ich ekonomických výsledkov. Na to ďalej nadväzuje samostatná analýza nákladov a analýza súčasného kalkulovania výkonov strediska. Na základe uskutočnenej analýzy sa v závere praktickej časti nachádzajú návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by mali viesť k zlepšeniu aktuálneho stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the cost analysis of the cost centre in the selected company between 2017 and 2020 in order to suggest ways to improve the current situation. The thesis is divided into two different parts. The first part focuses on theoretical review and the second part is practical. A theoretical part is processed on the basis of literary research and provides a theoretical review of the costs that serve as a theoretical output for the practical part of the thesis. The theoretical part deals with the definition and classification of costs, the concept of costs, their calculation, and modelling. The beginning of the following practical part is concerned with the introduction of the company and cost centre with the analysis of economic results. For this particular part, there is another separate cost analysis and the analysis of the calculation of the centre's performance. Based on the analysis, there are suggestions and recommendations at the end of the practical part, which should lead to the improvement of the current situation.
