Thermodynamics of inclusion complexes of 1-adamantylbenzylamines with cyclodextrins.
Abstract:
Byly připraveny tři modelové amino deriváty 1-adamantylbenzylaminu a následně naměřeny termodynamické parametry komplexačních reakcí těchto látek s ?-cyklodextrinem pomocí isotermální kalorimetrické titrace a 1H NMR. V roztoku tyto amino deriváty vytvářely patrně vyšší asociáty a naměřená data tudíž neodpovídala předpokladům. Tento problém byl vyřešen acetylací a měření byla opakována s uspokojivými …more

Three model derivates of 1-adamantylbenzylamines were prepared and than the thermodynamic parameters of complexes of this substances with ?-cyclodextrin were measured by isotermal kalorimetry titration and 1H NMR titration.
