Práce je zaměřena na zlepšení využití podnikových znalostí jako základu pro inovace. Pomocí příslušných analýz je zhodnoceno vnitřní a vnější okolí podniku a jeho vztah ke konkurenci. Thesis is focused on improving of enterprise knowledge as background for innovations. Inner and outer environment of company is analysed using relevant methods.
