Analysis of the evaluation system and reward employees in a specific company
Abstract:
This thesis is focused to Analysis of the evaluation system and rewarding system for employees in building company SB STAV joint-stock company Bratislava. On the basis of provided information, company documents, analysis and theoretical knowledges is proposed new rating concept in third chapter of this thesis, which is followed with rewarding system.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu systému hodnotenia a odmeňovania zamestnancov v stavebnej spoločnosti SB STAV a.s., Bratislava. Na základe poskytnutých informácii, firemných materiálov, vlastnej analýzy a teoretických poznatkov je v tretej kapitole diplomovej práce navrhnutý nový koncept systému hodnotenia, ktorého výstupy nadväzujú na systém odmeňovania.
