Diplomová práce Analýza podnikové strategie softwarové společnosti si klade za cíl zanalyzovat strategii softwarové společnosti AMI Praha a.s. a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou podnikové strategie a s ní souvisejícími pojmy. The thesis "Analysis of Corporate Strategy of the Software Company" aims to analyze the strategy of software company AMI Praha a.s. and suggests possible improvements. The theoretical part deals with corporate strategy and its related concepts.
