Cílem této diplomové práce je pojednat o možnostech využití outdoorových aktivit jako nástroje pro rozvoj osobnosti. Teoretická část popisuje historické kořeny pobytu a výchovy v přírodě, některé vybrané outdoorové aktivity, zaměřuje se na cíle a metody osobnostního rozvoje i zážitkové pedagogiky. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the possibilities of employing outdoor activities as a tool for personal development. The theoretical part traces the historical roots of education and staying in nature and also describes some selected outdoor activities.
