Nursery Schools Preparedness for Inclusive Education and for Cooperation with a Teaching Assistant

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zjistit připravenost pedagogů mateřských škol na proces inkluzivního vzdělávání a připravenost na spolupráci s asistentem pedagoga v současném českém předškolním vzdělávání. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické rovině se zabýváme inkluzí v mateřské škole. Definujeme zde pojmy, které s inkluzivním vzděláváním souvisí, věnujeme se zde i platnému legislativnímu rámci a pozici asistenta pedagoga v inkluzivním vzdělávání. Praktická část se věnuje analýze a interpretaci výsledků, kterých jsme dosáhli prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumným souborem se stali pedagogové předškolního vzdělávání ve Zlínském kraji. Ve výzkumu zpracujeme připravenost předškolních pedagogů na zavádění inkluzivního vzdělávání v mateřských školách a jejich připravenost na spolupráci s asistentem pedagoga.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to find out the readiness of kindergarten teachers for the process of inclusive education and readiness for cooperation with a teaching assistant in contemporary Czech preschool education. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. At the theoretical level, we deal with inclusion in kindergarten. We define the terms related to inclusive education, we also deal with the current legislative framework and the position of teaching assistant in inclusive education. The practical part is devoted to the analysis and interpretation of the results we achieved through a questionnaire survey. Teachers of preschool education in the Zlín Region became a research group. In the research, we will process the readiness of preschool teachers for the introduction of inclusive education in kindergartens and their readiness for cooperation with a teaching assistant.
