Operation of the chosen organization of social services during the operation of the disease COVID-19.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Provoz zvolené organizace sociálních služeb během působení nemoci COVID-19 zkoumá dopady této nákazy na provoz organizace a práci vybraných zaměstnanců. Součástí diplomové práce je kvalitativní výzkum, kdy byl zvolen přístup případové studie, použita technika sběru dat formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a následně udělána analýza, interpretace dat a shrnutí výsledků výzkumu. Výsledkem výzkumu bylo zjištění, jak pandemická situace v souvislosti s onemocněním COVID-19 z pohledu zaměstnanců pečujících o klienty ovlivnila provoz organizace a práci těchto zaměstnanců. Tato zpětná vazba zaměstnanců pak přináší organizaci náměty na možné změny v konceptu provozu či řízení organizace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled Operation of a selected social services organization during the operation of COVID-19 examines the effects of this infection on the operation of the organization and the work of selected employees. Part of the diploma thesis is qualitative research, where the case study approach was chosen, the technique of data collection in the form of semi-structured interviews was used, followed by analysis, interpretation of data and summary of research results. The result of the research was to find out how the pandemic situation in connection with the COVID-19 disease from the point of view of employees caring for clients affected the operation of the organization and the work of these employees. This feedback from employees then brings the organization suggestions for possible changes in the concept of operation or management of the organization.
