Cílem práce je zhodnotit zda právní úprava dodacích podmínek v kupní smlouvě s mezinárodním prvkem v Čínském právu, odpovídá standardům Úmluvy OSN o mezinárodní koupi zboží. V práci jsou srovnávány ustanovení a zásady týkající se úpravy dodacích podmínek v Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a ve Smluvním právu Čínské lidové republiky.
