Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu štíhlé výroby jako systému řízení. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika štíhlé výroby, její principy a cíle. Dále je zde definován další moderní přístup k řízení výroby 6S, bez kterého by efektivní zavedení štíhlé výroby nebylo možné. This work aims for analysis of lean production as management system. There is mentioned characteristics of lean production in theoretical part, as well as its principles and targets. There is also defined other modern principle called 6S, without that effective implementation of lean production is impossible.
