Abstract:

ŠTULAJTEROVÁ, Michaela. Construction of hotel facilities – technical realization of the project. [Diploma thesis] The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd.. 76 pages. In the diploma thesis we have concentrated on theoretical knowledge of the business plan realization, legislation framework of hotel construction and we have developed a proposal for the construction of an accommodation facility with the emphasis on the technical realization. Nowadays, within strong competition, it is important to emphasis on the quality and high level of services, which are part of the individual approach to the client and the willingness of the staff. In the case of absence of any of these components, it is very hard to sustain in the tourism market and to ensure long-term viability of the business plan. Accommodation facility construction is a challenging process requiring careful planning and strict adherence to the plan. Underestimation of its particulars can lead to the threatening of the business plan as a whole. However, successful completion of the project, on the contrary is not the end of the work for the entrepreneur. It is necessary to constantly monitor the progress of business activities, monitor trends, competition, to prepare a new strategies, upgrade products and establish new strategic plans. This is the only way to ensure the long-term viability of our accommodation facility.

ŠTULAJTEROVÁ, Michaela. Výstavba hotelového zariadenia - technické prevedenie projektu.[Diplomová práca] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2014. 76 strán. V diplomovej práci sme sa zamerali na teoretické poznatky o realizácií podnikateľského zámeru, na legislatívne požiadavky na výstavbu hotela a vypracovali návrh na výstavbu ubytovacieho zariadenia s dôrazom na jeho technické prevedenie. V dnešnej dobe konkurenčného boja je dôležité klásť dôraz na kvalitu a úroveň služieb, ktorú dotvára individuálny prístup ku klientovi a ochota personálu. V prípade, že niektorá z týchto súčastí absentuje, je veľmi ťažké udržať sa na trhu cestovného ruchu a zabezpečiť dlhodobú životnosť podnikateľského zámeru. Realizácia výstavby ubytovacieho zariadenia je náročný proces vyžadujúci si dôsledné plánovanie a striktné dodržiavanie plánu. V prípade podcenenia jeho náležitostí môže dôjsť k celkovému ohrozeniu podnikateľského zámeru. Úspešným zrealizovaním podnikateľského zámeru sa však práca podnikateľa nekončí, práve naopak. Je potrebné neustále sledovať priebeh podnikateľskej činnosti, sledovať trendy, konkurenciu, pripravovať nové stratégie, inovovať produkt a stanoviť nové strategické plány. Len takýmto spôsobom môžeme zabezpečiť dlhodobú životnosť nášho ubytovacieho zariadenia.
