Elaboration of financial plan for the founder joinery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním základního finančního přehledu budou-cího podniku konkrétního truhláře. V teoretické části jsou přiblíženy základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání. Specifikováno je rovněž finanční řízení malých a středních firem. Jedna z kapitol vymezuje finanční plán. V rámci této kapitoly je přiblížen také daňový systém ČR.Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování finančního plánu pro konkrétního zakladatele truhlářství pro první tři roky jeho podnikání. K naplnění hlavního cíle je nutné splnit tři dílčí cíle. Prvním dílčím cílem je pomocí analýzy bodu zvratu pro více druhů výrobků určit minimální výši ročních tržeb. Druhým dílčím cílem je zpracování finančních výkazů. Posledním dílčím cílem je pomocí metody porovnávání určit vhodnou právní formu podnikání na základě dvou stanovených kritérií. Na závěr jsou výsledky porovnány s oportunitními náklady truhláře.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the elaboration of a basic financial overview of the future company of a specific joiner. In the theoretical part, basic concepts of business are introduced. Financial management of small and medium-sized companies is specified as well. One of the chapters defines the financial plan. Within this chapter, the Czech tax system is also introduced.The main target of this bachelor‘s thesis is to elaborate a financial plan for a concrete founder of a joinery for the first three years of his business. Three sub-targets are required to meet the main target. The first partial target is to determine the minimum amount of annual revenue by analyzing the break-even point for multiple kinds of products. The second sub-target is to compile financial statements. The last partial target is to use the method of comparison to determine the appropriate legal form of business on the basis of two set criteria. Finally, the results are compared with the joiner's opportunity expenses.
