Is current family policy on Trutnovsko and Nechanicko sufficient?

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rodinné politiky na lokální úrovni se zaměřením na vybraných lokalitách Trutnovska a Nechanicka. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související se sociální a rodinnou politikou, charakterizuje rodinu jako sociální instituci a popisuje systém podpory rodin v České republice včetně jeho nástrojů. Praktická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci místních institucí, mezi které patří starostové, ředitelé škol, velitelé sborů dobrovolných hasičů a duchovní. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak je rodinná politika v těchto lokalitách vnímána, posoudit její dostatečnost, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky a formulovat doporučení pro její další rozvoj. Součástí práce je také komparace obou sledovaných regionů z hlediska realizace rodinné politiky. Výsledky práce ukazují rozdíly v přístupu k podpoře rodin mezi oběma lokalitami a zdůrazňují význam spolupráce místních aktérů a zapojení obyvatel do komunitního života.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of family policy at the local level, focusing on selected localities in the Trutnov and Nechanice regions. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to social and family policy, characterizes the family as a social institution and describes the family support system in the Czech Republic, including its tools. The practical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with representatives of local institutions, including mayors, school principals, commanders of volunteer fire brigades and clergy. The aim of the thesis is to find out how family policy is perceived in these localities, assess its adequacy, identify strengths and weaknesses and formulate recommendations for its further development. The thesis also includes a comparison of the two monitored regions in terms of the implementation of family policy. The results of the thesis show differences in the approach to supporting families between the two localities and emphasize the importance of cooperation between local actors and the involvement of residents in community life.
