Diplomová práce se zabývá strukturou a právní úpravou místních poplatků a jejich správou. Zvolenou problematiku místních poplatků považuji za velmi aktuální, neboť v roce 2011 nabyl účinnosti nový daňový řád, který prolíná celou správu místních poplatků a přináší s sebou spoustu podstatných změn. The thesis deals with the structure and legal regulation of local taxes and their administration. I regard the selected topic of local taxes as very current since a new tax code (which came into force in 2011) touches the whole administration of local taxes and brings a number of significant changes.
