Actual social values of adolescents in substitute care facilities.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou hodnoty a hodnotová orientace u adolescentů v zařízeních ústavní výchovy, a to jak z hlediska teoretického, tak též praktického. Autor působí jako vychovatel v dětském domově a je v každodenním kontaktu s cílovou skupinou. Teoretická část práce se zaměření na pojmy jako jsou - hodnota, jejich klasifikace a typologie, potřeba, zájem, postoj, hodnotová orientace, výchova k hodnotám, sebevýchova, adolescence a její specifika z hlediska morálního a hodnotového vývoje a v neposlední řadě též budou popsány specifika náhradní rodinné péče z hlediska výchovy k hodnotám. V části praktické tj. výzkumu se budou zjišťovány preference hodnot u cílové skupiny ve věku 14-18 let v roce 2014 ve srovnání s obdobným výzkumem v roce 1996 doc. PhDr. Petra Saka, CsC. Dojde zejména k zaměření odlišné preference dětí z prostředí ústavní výchovy a z prostředí běžného, a to včetně vnitřní diferenciace dívek a chlapců. Závěr práce pak tvoří praktické možnosti a doporučení k zavedení a realizaci výchovy k hodnotám v prostředí dětských domovů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis explores topic of values and value orientation of adolescents from foster (institutional) care, and that is from the theoretic as well as practical perspective. The author works as an educator in a children´s home and is in everyday contact with the target group. The theoretic part will acquaint the readers with the basic terminology in more detail, with focus on terms such as - value, values classification and typology, need, interest, attitude, value orientation, values education, self-education, adolescency and its particularities from the point of moral and value development and last but not least the characteristis of foster parent care will also be describred from the values education point of view. The practical part, i.e. the research, will examine the value preference of target group at the age from 14 to18 by year 2014 in comparison with a similar research of doc. PhDr. Petr Sak, CsC from 1996. Primary focus will be on different preferences of children from foster (institut ional) care and from a regular environment, and that is with an internal distinction of girls and boys. The conclusion of the thesis if formed by practical possibilities and recommendations to implementation and realization of values education within the environment of children´s homes.
