Abstract:
This work is focused on detailed characterization of the Lisbon Treaty, describing its origin in various stages of development, and also its basic functions and tasks. The first part is focused on describing the history of the Lisbon Treaty. In the second part the reforms in the EU institutions, which were adopted by the Lisbon Treaty, will be analyzed.
