Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických zjištění a výsledků z provedené analýzy časových řad dospět k závěrům ohledně míry diskriminace žen na trhu práce v České republice. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to reach the conclusion concerning the level of discrimination of women in the labor market in the Czech Republic, which is based on theoretical findings and results from the time series analysis.
