Předmětem práce je popis právní úpravy nekalé soutěže nejen v rovině soukromoprávní, kde je zakotvena, ale i její promítání v rovině veřejnoprávní. The main objective of the thesis is to introduce legal regulation of unfair competition not only in the branch of private law, but also its impact upon the public sector of legal regulation.
