Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou trubkového výměníku. Zaměřuje se na výměníky používané při domácím vaření piva včetně výhod a nevýhod spojených s rozdílnou konstrukcí. Součástí bakalářské práce je měření téměř čtyř desítek variant průtoků, jehož výstupem je součinitel prostupu tepla. K ověření experimentu je provedena také numerická simulace všech variant. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with design and manufacturing a double pipe heat exchanger for food industry. It focuses on heat exchangers used in home brewing, including the advantages and disadvantages of different designs.
