Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem stresu a odolnosti vůči němu u všeobecných sester pracujících ve vězeňské službě. Práce je koncipovába podle salutogenetického modelu Antonovského Sense of Coherence (SOC)- V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na popis definice stresu, stresory, důsledky stresu a zvládádní stresu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with stress and stress resilience general nurses working in prisons. The thesis is deigned according to Antonovsky´ model Sense of Coherence (SOC). The theoretical section describes and defines stress, stressors, the consequences of stress and coping with stress.
