Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zánik oprávnění k řízení motorových vozidel s rozdělením do čtyř kapitol. V první a druhé části je pojednáno o současné a historické právní regulaci této oblasti spolu s vysvětlením základních pojmů a podmínek pro vznik řidičského oprávnění. Třetí kapitola se zabývá popisem právních důvodů zániku řidičského oprávnění a vysvětlení bodového systému. Závěr práce se zabývá důvody pozastavení řidičského oprávnění.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the termination of the authorisation to drive motor vehicles, and is divided into five chapters. In the first and second chapter, the current and historical legal regulation of this area is discussed, together with an explanation of the basic concepts and conditions for the emergence of a driving authorisation. The main aim of this work is to describe the legal grounds for the termination of the driving authorisation and to explain the scoring points system. In the fourth chapter of the thesis, the regulation of the driving authorisation is described in relation to the provisions of the Enforcement Code and the Criminal Code. The thesis concludes with a discussion of the conditions and process of return of the driving authorisation.
