Práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů. Charakterizuje jednotlivé parametry hypotečních úvěrů od účelu použití až po samotné splácení. Dále srovnává produkty vybraných hypotečních bank pomocí parametrů, které by měly mít nejlepší vypovídací schopnost. Bachelor project deal with mortgage loans problems. Describe individual parameters of mortgage loans from purpose of application to repayment of credit. Then it compares products of chosen mortgage banks through the use of parameters with the best predicative ability.
