Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá operou Leoše Janáčka Káťa Kabanová a jejími některými výraznými zpracováními. Hledisko je zaměřeno zejména na výtvarnou interpretaci díla. Pojednává o třech způsobech přístupu k inscenaci díla: o inscenaci Roberta Wilsona, Christopha Marthalera a Josefa Svobody. Podává popis inscenací, stručný přehled o přijetí inscenací odbornou veřejností. Interpretuje režijní a scénografické metody a předkládá osobní zkušenosti autora této práce ze spolupráce na inscenování Káti Kabanové. Na tomto podkladě vytvoří obraz, poskytující látku ke srovnání tří způsobů přístupu k inscenování Janáčkovy opery.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with Leoš Janáček´s opera Katya Kabanowa and with some outstanding stagings of this opera. It focuses on the visual interpretation primarly. It handles with three methods of staging, those of the authors Robert Wilson, Christoph Marthaler and Josef Svoboda. Within the thesis the stagings are discribed, a summary of the critique reviews is submitted. The thesis interprets directorial and staging methods and discusses author´s experiences with cooperating on staging Katya Kabanowa. This all constitutes a foundation of an image of three different ways of opera – staging.
