Non -verbal communication in process of negotiating with client

Abstract:

The goal of bachelor thesis is to explore and identify the basis of the analysis of current methods, techniques, and the utilization rate of non-verbal communication in dealing with clients in a banking institution. In the bank is very important correctly and effective non-verbal communication consultant, especially when dealing with conflict situations for a successful meeting. My bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is look to theoretical definition, given the term dealing and negotiation, moreover notion communication, more specifically nonverbal communication, then dedicated to define conflicts, their manage and also by nonverbal communication. The second part of the thesis is focuses on the observation of bank worker dealing with clients, specifically of conflict situations. Accordingly, was realized the questionnaire survey, which is determined how do perceive consultant of bank importance of nonverbal communication to dicuss with client. At last, the third part of the thesis are part conclusions and recommendations, where according to the results of analysis, gives recommendations to consultants for improvement dealing with clients and effective use of nonverbal communication.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je preskúmať a identifikovať na základe vykonanej analýzy súčasné spôsoby, techniky a mieru využitia neverbálnej komunikácie v procese jednania s klientom v bankovej inštitúcii. Pre úspešné jednanie a vyjednávanie s klientmi v banke je dôležitá správna a efektívna neverbálna komunikácia poradcu, zvlášť pri riešení konfliktných situácii. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť sa venuje teoretickému vymedzeniu, venuje sa pojmom jednanie a vyjednávanie, ďalej pojmom komunikácia, konkrétnejšie neverbálna komunikácia, ďalej sa venuje definovaniu konfliktov, ich zvládanie a to aj pomocou neverbálnej komunikácie. Druhá časť bakalárskej práce je zameraná na pozorovanie bankových pracovníkov pri jednaní s klientmi, konkrétne pri konfliktných situáciách. Taktiež, bol vykonaný dotazníkový prieskum, ktorým sa zisťuje ako vnímajú poradcovia banky dôležitosť neverbálnej komunikácie pri jednaní s klientom. Poslednou, treťou časťou bakalárskej práce sú závery a odporúčania, kde podľa výsledkov analýzy, dáva odporúčania poradcom na zlepšenie jednania s klientmi a efektívne používanie neverbálnej komunikácie.
