Tato diplomová práce se zabývá souvislostí mezi sebevedením a pracovní a životní spokojeností učitelů základních škol. Skládá se z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem sebevedení, životní spokojenost a pracovní spokojenost učitelů. Jsou zde také shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o vztahu sebevedení s pracovní a životní spokojeností. This thesis deals with the relationship between self-leadership and job and life satisfaction of primary school teachers. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical part and an empirial part.
