Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se osobnostního rozvoje netradiční formou, tedy alternativní, zážitkovou formou, konkrétně účastí v reality show. Zaměřuje se na osobnostní rozvoj účastníků první řady reality show jménem Love Island. Obsahuje objasnění, vymezení a přiblížení pojmů a směrů, kterých se týká osobnostní rozvoj, sebe poznání a samotného tématu formátu reality show. Účastníci první československé řady reality show Love island byli podrobeni online dotazníku, který se týká jejich prožitků, zkušeností a náhledu na sebe samotné, právě díky jejich účinkování. Dotazník se dotazuje na jejich sebereflexi před, při a po show. Zkoumá přínosy, příležitosti, následky i rizika. Tyto čtyři odvětví jsou zobrazeny ve SWOT analýze, která pomáhá k lepší orientaci v problematice a přehlednějšímu porovnání všech pozitiv a negativ. Výsledkem je zjištění velmi individuálních projevů i velmi rozdílných zkušeností. Primárně ale potvrzuje, že tato forma sebe poznání a sebe rozvoje opravdu funguje, tudíž je na bázi osobnostního rozvoje použitelná a přínosná. Dále ale také vyzdvihuje bohatá rizika, které tato cesta přináší. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení samotných účastníků a také shrnutí z konečné analýzy.

Abstract:

The work deals with issues related to personal development in a non-traditional way, ie an alternative, experiential form, specifically participation in reality shows. It focuses on the personal development of the participants of the first series of reality show called Love Island. It contains clarification, definition and approach to concepts and directions that relate to personal development, self-knowledge and the very topic of the reality show format. The participants of the first Czechoslovak series of reality shows Love island were subjected to an online questionnaire, which concerns their experiences, experiences and self-insight, thanks to their performance. The questionnaire asks about their self-reflection before, during and after the show. It examines the benefits, opportunities, consequences and risks. These four sectors are shown in the SWOT analysis, which helps to better orientate the issue and make a clearer comparison of all the positives and negatives. The result is the detection of very individual manifestations and very different experiences. However, it primarily confirms that this form of self-knowledge and self-development really works, so it is applicable and beneficial on the basis of personal development. But it also highlights the rich risks that this path brings. Finally, the recommendations of the participants themselves are given, as well as a summary of the final analysis.
