Forming a relationship with folk culture through creation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výtvarné činnosti s lidovými motivy při tvorbě s žáky prvního stupně základní školy. Práce popisuje experimentální umělecko-pedagogickou realizaci výtvarných děl několika žáků ve věku 7–10 let. Autorka práce vychází z přesvědčení, že je potřeba žáky mladšího školního věku seznamovat s místní kulturou, tradicemi a zvyky. Prostřednictvím rozmanitých výtvarných technik si žáci vyzkoušeli dvacet činností, které vycházely právě z lidové tematiky. Realizované aktivity vycházejí ze zásad platného rámcového vzdělávacího programu. Cílem práce bylo žáky seznámit s tradiční lidovou kulturou, probudit v nich chuť výtvarně tvořit, vyzkoušet si nové postupy a rozvinout tím subjektivitu jejich výtvarného projevu, emoce a fantazii, to vše nad rámec běžných školních povinností.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on art activities with folk motifs when creating with pupils of the first stage of primary school. The work describes the experimental artistic and pedagogical realization of works of art of several pupils aged 7-10 years. The author of the thesis has based on the belief that it is necessary to acquaint young schoolchildren with the local culture, traditions, and customs. Through a variety of art techniques, students tried out twenty activities based on folk themes. The implemented activities are based on the principles of the well-found framework educational program. The work aimed to acquaint students with traditional folk culture, to awaken the desire in the them to create artistically, to try new methods, and thus develop the subjectivity of their artistic expression, emotions, and imagination, all beyond the school duties.
