Women´s personal status in Iran
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá postavením žen v Íránu v období šáha Pahlavího a po islámské revoluci. Vychází z íránského práva, které komparuje s jeho uplatňováním do praxe.
Abstract:
The thesis is intent on women´s personal status in Iran during Pahlavi era and after Islamic Revolution. A base of the thesis is iranian law which is compared with real practice.
