Abstract:

Pro zpracování bakalářské práce byla použita společnost Labelprint s.r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který bude sloužit jako podklad při rozhodování o realizaci plánovaných změn, nebo pro získaní finančních prostředků od Bank. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V úvodu práce je představení cíle bakalářské práce. Ve druhé části práce jsou teoretické postupy a návrhy pro podnikatelský záměr. Ve třetí části jsou tyto postupy a návrhy aplikovány na konkrétní stav společnosti Labelprint s.r.o. Na závěr práce je zhodnocení pro zjištění smysluplnosti a realizovatelnosti projektu.

Abstract:

For the purposis of the tesis the examle of Labelprint s.r.o business plan was used. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan that will serve as a basis for decision-making on the implementation of planned changes or for acquiring funds from banks. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the introduction of the aim of the thesis is defined. In the second part of the thesis there is a theoretical background and proposals for business plan. In the third part, these procedures and suggestions are applied to the specific label of Labelprint s.r.o. In the conclusion there is an evaluation to determine the meaningfulness and feasibility of the project.
