Comparation of Work with Seniors in Senior House and Charity House in Roudnice nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je komparace skupinové sociální práce se seniory v Domově důchodců Roudnice nad Labem a Farní charitě Roudnice nad Labem. V první části jsou zpracovány obecné informace o tématu a cílech práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na specifické faktory skupinové sociální práce. Ve třetí části je popsána cílová skupina, metody skupinové sociální práce se seniory a osobnost sociálního pracovníka. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou charakterizovány obě organizace, je porovnán jejich přístup ke skupinové sociální práci a bakalářskou práci uzavírají mé návrhy na doplnění skupinové sociální práce v Domově důchodců Roudnice nad Labem.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor work is comparation of group social work with seniors in Senior House at Roudnice nad Labem and Charity House at Roudnice nad Labem. In the first chapter is putted together general information about the theme and the aims. The second part is focused on specific factors of social work. In the third part, there are described target group, methods of group social work and personality of social worker. Practical part of this bachelor work describes both organizations. There is a comparation of their attitude to group social work. At the end of this work I suggest how to improve group social work at Senior House Roudnice nad Labem.
