The application of selected management systems in Japanese companies EDSCHA Kamenice Automotive Ltd.
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav některých podnikových procesů ve vybrané organizaci a na základě vypracovaných teoretických principů a poznatků identifikovat ve vybraných podnikových procesech případné problémové oblasti a zpracovat návrhy na zlepšení stavu zavedením vybraných metod japonských systémů řízení.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of some business processes within the organization and selected on the basis of developed theoretical principles and knowledge in selected key business processes, potential problem areas and develop proposals for improvement of the implementation of selected methods of Japanese management systems.
