Standing Operating Procedures for Deployment of Rescue Crews

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce na téma "Stálé operační postupy k nasazení záchranných osádek" je zaměřena na dílčí činnosti integrovaného záchranného systému, při řešení mimořádné události většího rozsahu, a to z pohledu zdravotnické záchranné služby. V teoretické části práce je rozebrána charakteristika integrovaného záchranného systému a zdravotnická záchranná služba jako taková. V prvním bodě, který se věnuje integrovanému záchrannému systému, se dozvíme základní informace o rozdělení integrovaného záchranného systému, jeho hlavních a ostatních složkách a kooperace jednotlivých složek mezi sebou. V druhém bodě teoretické části, který se týká zdravotnické záchranné služby, považuji za stěžejní informaci krizovou připravenost zdravotnické záchranné služby na řešení mimořádných události, a proto zde tuto problematiku dopodrobna definuji. Cílem mé praktické části práce je zmapovat podvědomí členů zdravotnické záchranné služby v České republice a analyzovat jejich názory na problematiku: Řešení mimořádných událostí, vybavenosti zdravotnické záchranné služby, kompetencích při zásahu, školení zaměstnanců zdravotnické záchranné služby v České republice a také jejich povědomí o oblasti VNN, a také navrhnout možná opatření pro zlepšení jejich činnosti na místě zásahu. V další části práce se zabývám typovými činnostmi, na kterých jsem teoreticky demonstroval práci ZZS, při různých MU v terénu, a uvedl jsem zde také návrh mého vlastního operačního postupu z pohledu zdravotnické záchranné služby, pro řešení dané mimořádné události.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on "Continuous procedures of operations for deployment of rescue crew " is focused on the partial activities of the integrated rescue system, when dealing with large-scale emergencies, from the perspective of medical services emergency. Theoretical part of the thesis explores the characteristics of the integrated rescue system and general emergency medical services. The first section isfocused on the integrated rescue system where we can learn basic information about the distribution of the integrated rescue system, its main and other parts and cooperation between the individual components. In the second section of the theoretical part, which covers emergency medical services, I consider as cruitial in-formation of criticalpreparation of emergency medical services for dealing with emergencies, and therefore Idiscuss this issue into a detail. The aim of the practical part of this paper is to explore the consciousness of members of emergency medical services within the Czech Republic and analyze their opinions on related to issues as: Dealing with emergencies, availability of emergency medical services, competences during action, training of emergency medical services in the Czech Republic and their awareness of the issues in the VNN area and suggestions for possible ways oftheir work improvementsat the place of action. The next section deals with activities of different types in which I theoretically demonstrated ZZS work, various MU in the field, and I have prepared a proposal of my own operating procedure from the perspective of the medical emergency services dealing with the emergency.
