Analyzing and establishing functional rules and behavioral processes for the manager and the organization through the application of psychological sciences

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dovedností emoční inteligence, motivace a komunikace manažera v organizaci. Dále se zabývá organizační kulturou a nastavením pravidel pro tuto organizaci. Práce má dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce popisuje jednotlivá témata řešených problémů, kterými jsou emoční inteligence a její základní dovednosti, motivace a jednotlivé teorie a druhy, komunikace v kontextu managementu a organizační kultury. V praktické části se na základě dotazníkového šetření a osobnostní analýzy manažera práce zabývá vytvořením manuálu pro manažera pro vylepšení jeho emoční inteligence a schopnosti komunikace a motivace jeho kolegů a zaměstnanců. Na základě poznatků z dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s HR pracovníkem organizace se práce zaměřuje na sestavení etického kodexu a základních pravidel organizace a její kultury. Následování manažerovo nastaveného manuálu mu napomůže k efektivnějšímu pracovnímu výkonu a vylepšení jeho celkové emoční inteligence, komunikace a motivace. Nastavením základního etického kodexu a pravidel společnosti napomůže jejímu správnému fungování, stejně tak jejímu image a upřesnění základních hodnot organizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the skills of emotional intelligence, motivation and communication of a manager in an organization. It also deals with organizational culture and its setting in that organization. The thesis has two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the different topics of the thesis which are emotional intelligence and its basic skills, motivation and different theories and types, communication in the context of management and organizational culture. In the practical part, based on a questionnaire survey and personality analysis of the manager, the thesis deals with the development of a manual for the manager to improve his emotional intelligence and communication skills and motivate his colleagues and employees. Based on the findings of the questionnaire survey and the interview with the manager and the HR officer of the organization, the thesis focuses on the development of a code of ethics and ground rules for the organization and its culture. Following the manager's set manual will help him to perform more effectively at work and improve his overall emotional intelligence, communication and motivation. By setting the basic code of ethics and rules of the company, it will help its proper functioning as well as its image and clarify the core values of the organization.
