Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza motivačního systému podniku“ je problematika motivace zaměstnanců. Hlavní náplní je rozbor současného motivačního systému ve společnosti Quality Brands s.r.o. a vytvoření návrhu pro jeho zlepšení. Jelikož motivační systém je velmi komplexní a široký pojem, byla tato problematika zúžena na odměňování, vzdělávání a rozvoj a pracovní prostředí. Teoretická část obsahuje popis stimulace a motivace, způsoby jejich projevů a také seznámení s prostředím call centra. Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkum a popis jednotlivých projektů, které ve firmě v současné době probíhají. Zaměření je na spokojenost zaměstnanců, možnosti osobního rozvoje v podniku, vztahy na pracovišti a jejich dopad na zaměstnance. V poslední části je pak podán návrh na zlepšení těchto prvků motivačního systému.

Abstract:

The subject of my dissertation entitled „Analysis of the incentive system in the enterprise” is the motivation of employees. The main task is to analyze the current incentive system within the company Quality Brands Ltd. and to develop a proposal for its improvement. Since the incentive system is very complex and broad concept is focused on the issue of remuneration, training and development and working environment. The theoretical part outlines a description of the stimulation and motivation, ways of their expression and the introduction to a call centre environment. The second part contains the research and description of the projects that are currently set up in the company. The focus is on job satisfaction, opportunities for personal development, relationships in the workplace and their impact on employees. In the last part I introduce the proposals to improve these elements of the incentive system.
