Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv nesplacených pohledávek na chod firmy. V první části práce se věnuji pohledávkám obecně. Vymezuji je z účetního a právního hlediska. Dále se věnuji systému řízení pohledávek, prevenci a jejich vymáhání. Podívám se i na problematiku dodavatelského úvěru. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the effect of outstanding claims to the company’s business. Theoretical part is devoted to the basics of claims. I define them from the accounting and legal perspective. Then I describe receivables management, their prevention and recovery. I also deal with the issue of supplier credit.
